Return, Exchange & Refund Policies

Beyond5000 Relics endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
Each of our relics is handcrafted and hand-painted with devotion to history. Because they are made with human touch, no two pieces are ever exactly alike and that’s what makes them special. These subtle variations are not flaws, but the marks of authenticity, crafted with the same love for history that you share!
As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we are open to extending Return or Exchange your order.
Important Note: To Claim a return or an exchange customer has to present a video of opening the package showing the damage or quality issue clearly within 24 hours of delivery.
To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and promptly, please read through the return process, along with the guidelines that need to be followed :

Return Process ( US,UK And Rest Of the World)

1) Please raise a Return Request within 24 hours of delivery by mail to our Customer Service at support@beyond5000relics.com.
2) You are advised to share clear pictures of the delivered product and a video of unboxing the package clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details. Further our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
3) Beyond5000 Relics team will review your concern and revert with a solution within 1-2 Business Days.
4) Once your return request has been accepted, the customer will have to parcel the product to our warehouse. It usually takes 10-12 working days for delivery at our warehouse.
5) Once the product is received by us in original condition, we will check the product physically and if found eligible we will initiate fresh shipping at our own expense. Please note, in case of unavailability of the same product, Beyond5000 Relics holds sole right to proceed for full Refund. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
6) It will usually take 25-30 Business Days to return or exchange or refund from the day of reporting the issue.

2) You are advised to share clear pictures of the delivered product and a video of unboxing the package clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details. Further our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
3) Beyond5000 Relics team will review your concern and revert with a solution within 1-2 Business Days.
4) Once your return request has been accepted, the customer will have to parcel the product to our warehouse. It usually takes 5-7 working days for delivery at our warehouse.
